I'm BAAAACCCCKKK!!!! Are you ready for this??

A whole month later! I was on a long vaca and it took about a week for me to get my life back in order, so I could post! But, I was thinking about it a lot- so that counts right??
So, I wanted to call this recipe "The BEST damn sweet potatoes you've ever had the convenient fortune of caressing your tastebuds"- but that seemed wordy- so I decided on TBDSPYEHTCFofCYT as an acronymn. You're welcome.

When you have your next summer grill get together with your good buds, make sure you whip this up. People will be all, "THESE ARE THE BEST DAMN SWEET POTATOES I'VE EVER HAD THE CONVENIENT FORTUNE OF CARESSING MY TASTEBUDS!"
And you'll be all, "No, no please fret not over my culinary perfections. TBDSPYEHTCFofCYT is such a simple dish, I couldn't help but bless our festivities with its humble graces."
And for that, you're also welcome.

INGREDIENTS
Pound of sweet potatoes
Large bowl of water
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Evaporated cane juice
1/4 cup Butter
Aluminum foil packets (make these from 2 squares of foil)

1. Wash& cut the ends off your potatoes. Cube your potatoes into bite sized pieces. Put the cubes into the large bowl of water as you go along cutting them.
2. When all your potatoes are in the bowl of water and cubed, drain the water out- or pour into a strainer.
3. Add half your potatoes into one foil packet and the remaining in your second packet. 
4. Spice your potatoes with your all your seasonings splitting equally between the two. Split your butter and top the two packets of seasoned potatoes.
5. Close your packets up, and shake gently.
6. Put the packets on your grill (medium) for about 15-25 minutes, depending on how fast your grill cooks.
7. Enjoy TBDSPYEHTCFofCYT!!!

Serious TIP: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT leave your potatoes uncovered or they will be so crispy and weird. In their perfect little foil packets they will remain the perfect texture.
